Smoking Policy:
– Do you allow smoking on the property?
– Yes, we have designated smoking areas in front of the property and on the sides of the porte-cochère and on our back terrace.

Pet Policy:
– Is the resort pet-friendly?
– Yes, we welcome dogs with a $200 non-refundable fee per room for up to six nights. For two pets per room, the fee is $300. Stays of seven to 30 days require an additional $200 deep-cleaning fee. Restrictions apply: Dogs must be under 75 pounds and no more than two pets per room.

WiFi:
– Is there a fee for WiFi?
– No, our WiFi is complimentary. Simply choose the network “Lansdowne Guest Net” with no password required.

Fitness Center:
– Do you have a fitness center?
– Yes, our fitness center is open 24 hours for guests. For more information about amenities and services, visit our Fitness Center page.

Spa:
– Do you have a spa?
– Yes, Spa Minérale offers a comprehensive menu of spa treatments and salon services. To view hours and available treatments, visit our Spa page.

Pool:
– Do you have a pool?
– Yes, we have an indoor heated lap pool and hot tub that are open year-round. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, our outdoor Aquatic Center with three pools, including a zero-depth “walk-in” pool with interactive pop-jet fountain and waterslide, is open.

Cancellation Policy:
– What is your cancellation policy?
– All stays require 72 hours notice for cancellation.

Resort Fee:
– Is there a resort fee?
– Yes, our amenities fee is $32 a day per room and covers all resort perks, including complimentary Wi-Fi, local and toll-free telephone calls in guest rooms, use of the business center and wireless internet access in public areas, use of the 24-hour fitness center, access to tennis courts and basketball court, discounted golf pro shop and spa retail, in-room amenities, access to Lansdowne Golf Club facilities, and more.

Rollaway Beds:
– Are rollaway beds available?
– Yes, the fee for a rollaway bed is $50 per night. Rollaway beds are only permitted in rooms with a king bed due to fire code regulations.

Microwaves:
– Are microwaves available in the guestrooms?
– Yes, microwaves are available for $50 per stay.

Taxes and Fees:
– Are there taxes and governmental fees?
– Our room tax is 6% of the rate, in addition to a local occupancy tax of 8%.

Accessibility:
– Is your property wheelchair accessible?
– Yes, our resort is accessible by wheelchair. We also offer ADA-compliant guestrooms.

Breakfast:
– Do you serve free breakfast?
– No, we do not offer complimentary breakfast. However, resort guests can enjoy breakfast offerings from Riverside Hearth and Harmony Market. Visit our Dining page for hours and details.

Lost Items:
– What if I lose an item during my stay?
– To report a lost item, please visit our third-party provider, I Left My Stuff.Com and complete the form. Once you’ve entered your information, a resort representative will be in touch.

Directions:
– What are the closest airports?
– Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) is just 20 minutes from the resort. The next closest is Regan National Airport (DCA), which is about an hour away.

Airport Shuttles:
– Do you offer airport shuttles?
– We provide a paid shuttle service from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) for $35 per person each way. Shuttles require advance reservations. For airport transportation, please schedule it here and kindly use booking code 2021RM1. For all other transportation requests, please visit Connect BBC or call (703) 707-2020.

Getting to the Resort:
– How do I get to the resort?
– Directions from Washington Dulles Airport:
1. Follow signs to VA-28 N.
2. After 4.3 miles, exit left onto VA-7 W toward Leesburg/Winchester.
3. After 2.5 miles, exit onto Ashburn Village Blvd. toward State Rt. 2020 N.
4. After 0.1 miles, turn left onto Riverside Parkway.
5. After 0.6 miles, turn right onto Woodridge Parkway.
6. Continue another 0.6 miles on Woodridge Parkway to the resort.

Spa:
– Do I have to be a resort guest to enjoy the spa?
– No, our spa can be enjoyed by resort guests, club members, and outside visitors as well.

Making Appointments:
– How do I make an appointment?
– You can make an appointment online by tapping the BOOK link at the top of any page on our website. You can also call 703.729.4036 to speak with one of our reservation specialists.

Reserving Treatments:
– When should I reserve my treatment?
– To enjoy the best availability, we recommend making spa reservations at least three weeks in advance. Walk-ins are also welcome based on availability.

Late or Missed Appointments:
– What if I don’t make my scheduled appointment or arrive late?
– We ask that you kindly observe a 24-hour cancellation and appointment change policy. Cancellations made with less than 24-hours’ notice will result in a full charge for the treatment. “No shows” will also be charged in full. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your spa services to allow time to change. If you arrive late for your spa appointment, your service may be modified to conclude at its scheduled time to honor the next guest’s appointment.

Age Restrictions:
– What is the minimum age for spa patrons?
– Guests of the spa must be at least 18 years of age to enjoy a private spa service. Services for younger spa-goers (ages 13-17) are provided at our discretion and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of any closed-door service.

Gratuities:
– Are there gratuities for services?
– Gratuity is at your discretion. An 18-20% gratuity is traditional when receiving quality services. For groups of six or more, a 20% gratuity charge will be added to all treatments. Please note that our spa is a cashless facility. If you would like to tip your therapist in cash, please bring the exact amount and request an envelope at our spa desk.

Attire and Belongings:
– What should I wear and bring to the spa?
– The spa provides robes and slippers for your comfort. We request that you do not bring valuable possessions into the spa. If you are a resort guest, we encourage you to leave your belongings in the security of your guestroom.

Physical and Medical Concerns:
– What if I have physical, medical, or allergy concerns?
– Always inform the reservation agent of any physical, medical, or allergy concerns when making an appointment. Please also inform your service provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart ailments, or any condition that may prohibit you from receiving certain therapies. Consult your physician before having spa treatments if you have an immune deficiency disorder, are undergoing medical treatment, or were recently ill. We recommend avoiding alcohol consumption before, during, or immediately following spa treatments. Please also avoid sun exposure following skin therapy services.

Preparation for Spa Treatment:

– We recommend familiarizing yourself with our spa policies to ensure you enjoy your experience to the fullest.

Golf Courses:
– Who can play the courses?
– Our private golf courses are accessible by overnight resort guests, club members, and their guests only.

Reserving Tee Times:
– How do I reserve a tee time?
– You can make an appointment by calling 703.729.4071.

Rain Policy:
– What is the rain policy?
– All tee times are subject to weather delays. If the courses are open, we allow play at scheduled tee times. If the course is unplayable or closed due to weather, we offer rescheduling.

Dress Code:
– What is the dress code on resort golf courses?
– The dress code requires collared shirts and sleeves for men, and either collared shirts or sleeves for women. Turtleneck and mock neck shirts are included. Slacks, Bermuda length shorts, skirts, skorts, and dresses are permitted. Jeans, t-shirts, cut-offs, sweatpants, athletic shorts, halter-tops, bathing suits, and short shorts are not permitted.

Playing with Different Skill Levels:
– What if I’m a good player and my companion is a beginner?
– Our courses have multiple sets of tees for varying skill levels. We also have a 9-hole course, Sharkbite, that is perfect for beginners and fun for skilled golfers as well.

Golf Academy:
– What method of teaching is used at the Golf Academy?
– Our golf pro staff provides both one-on-one and group lessons using the latest technologies to customize a program based on the student’s goals.

Student/Teacher Ratio:
– What is the student/teacher ratio?
– For clinics, there is typically an 8:1 ratio.

Course Maintenance:
– When is your scheduled course maintenance?
– We perform course maintenance in the spring (late March/early April) and again in the fall (September/October) to allow one course to heal before addressing the other.

Range Balls and Rental Equipment:
– Are range balls included with my rounds?
– Yes, range balls are included in fees.
– Can I rent golf clubs and shoes?
– Yes, we offer new Callaway rental clubs each season. The rental fee is $79 for 18 holes and $59 for 9 holes per set, including six golf balls. We do not rent golf shoes, but tennis shoes are allowed on our courses.

Club Storage and Juniors:
– Can I leave my clubs at the golf course during my stay?
– Yes, complimentary club storage is available to resort guests and club members.
– Can juniors drive golf carts?
– A valid driver’s license is required to operate our golf carts.

Coolers and Riding Along:
– Can I bring a cooler onto the course?
– Outside food and drink are prohibited on our golf courses. Beverage carts are available during your round, and food and drinks can be enjoyed at Piedmont’s in the clubhouse after play.
– Can someone ride along with me while I play my round?
– This is typically permitted. Please check with the golf shop on the day of play to confirm.

Cart Fees and Pace of Play:
– Is there a cart fee?
– No, cart fees are included in your golf round, golf package, or guest fee.
– What is the pace of play on your courses?
– We aim to maintain a reasonable pace of play at 4 hours and 30 minutes on our 18-hole courses. Please keep up with the group in front of you, and player assistance is available to help if needed.

Players with Disabilities and Cart Path Rules:
– Can you accommodate players with disabilities?
– While we do not have a wheelchair-accessible cart, we can make arrangements to accommodate such players with advance notice.
– What are the cart path rules?
– The cart path rules for the day are determined by weather, course maintenance, seasonality, and other factors. We strive to accommodate a 90-degree rule whenever possible.
